Are you available for an exciting position as a personal care assistant in disability care? Do people quickly feel at ease with you, and is there nothing you enjoy more than helping and motivating others? If so, we would love to discuss the possibilities with you!

What will you be doing as a personal care assistant in disability care?

As a personal care assistant in disability care, no two days are the same. And that's what makes your work so challenging. You participate in consultations and translate the input from these into a personal care plan for the client. This ensures that he or she receives exactly the care they need.

You don't do this alone, but together with enthusiastic colleagues from different disciplines. Each from their own perspective, together providing the perfect guidance.

Together with your colleagues, you will help our clients get the most out of their day. Some do this at the day center, others have their activities at home.
You are alert to changes in behavior or health and know when to raise the alarm. In this way, we create a safe living environment together.
