What will you do as a care worker?
Do you work as a care worker? Then your work is varied and challenging every day. Sometimes you are a listening ear for our clients, and other times you help them with their personal care. You support our clients by helping them where necessary, but also by challenging them to take steps forward in their lives. What those steps are varies from client to client, of course, but each step gives them a boost of confidence. Clients grow and feel better about themselves. And that makes you happy!
Who will you be caring for as a self-employed MBO3 care worker?
We have several clients in Tilburg, so there are various opportunities available. You could work as a caregiver for people with disabilities, but there is also demand for caregivers for young people with behavioral issues. Would you rather work with older people? That's possible too! Together, we will look at which target group best suits you and your experience, so that you can enjoy your work!

- You have completed a relevant education program, with at least MBO3 level.

Getting started
Once you and the client have agreed, you can get to work. You send us a weekly invoice and we take care of the rest with the client. That way, you can focus on what you love doing most!
