We are looking for IG Care Workers for our clients in Tilburg. Are you a go-getter and do people quickly feel at ease with you? And have you completed relevant training at MBO Level 3? Then we would love to talk to you about the possibilities!
What will you be doing as a self-employed IG caregiver?
It all starts with a care plan. You draw this up together with your colleagues from other disciplines, and then implement it. You are the point of contact for your clients' family and friends and occasionally perform nursing tasks. These include inserting a catheter or administering medication. You give your clients the care and attention they need. And they are very happy with that!
The starting point for all our clients is that they are encouraged and motivated to go the extra mile every day. Sometimes these are very small steps, but sometimes clients make great strides forward. It is up to you to guide them in this and monitor their limits.
Who will you be caring for as a self-employed IG caregiver?
We have several clients in the Tilburg region. That means there are various opportunities available. You could work as a certified nursing assistant in disability care or elderly care. Does working with young people appeal to you more? Together, we will look at which target group best suits you and your experience, so that you can enjoy your work!

- You have completed relevant education, with at least MBO4 level.

Getting started
Once you and the client have agreed, you can get to work. You send us a weekly invoice and we take care of the rest with the client. That way, you can focus on what you love doing most!
